Refinery Simulator Instructor X 2

Position description:

* Ensuring knowledge transfer to his assigned trainees

* Preparing training course materials

* Conducting training sessions

* Performing evaluations and competence assessments

* Ensuring the quality of training delivered by Third Parties in his respective Areas

* Develop a set of scenarios related to most common abnormal situations encountered on the specific units

* Attend simulator FAT & SAT

* Development of OJT Booklets by position/unit listing all activities to be performed by the Trainees during Simulator Training, including all procedures and emergency situations related to the specific unit

Status: Contract - Semi-resident 3 months on X 2 weeks off - 6 days per week and 10 hours per day

Required skills:

* Well versed in Honeywell Experion DCS

* Ability to develop OTS scenarios

* Ability to prepare training materials

* Ability to train Refinery operators

* Well versed in Operation of the following Refinery units: Crude
Distillation Unit & Continuous Catalytic Reformer Unit or Residue Fluid
Catalytic Cracking Unit & LCO Hydrotreater

Desired skills: Sound computer and technical English language command

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering

Desired qualifications: Diploma / training in Simulator

Minimum experience: 10 years of experience in Refinery Operations - 5
years of experience as Refinery Simulator Instructor

Maximum experience: 25 years

Location: Vietnam

Remuneration: Attractive package depending on experience and skills

Mobilization dates: May 1st / June 20th

Duration: 6 months + extensions

Additional info: Company will provide training at the OTS Vendor facilities
