Description:CCL has been requested by a major international oil company to provide Operations Engineers to be based in Kazakhstan on a contract basis (renewable annually) on 28/28 rotation. Positions report to Senior Process Operations Engineer and will involve undertaking and supervising, operational input and deliverables from FEED to commissioning. Providing continuity of operations related activities throughout Project. Role will change during construction phase of project when will assume supervision of start-up and delivery of completed asset to Operator. Very attractive daily rates.
Qualifications:Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Process, C&I or Mechanical Engineering discipline. Must possess extensive commissioning experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills including fluent written and spoken English. Good computer skills mandatory.
Experience:A minimum of 20 years' experience in an operation and / or commissioning supervisory role on Oil / Gas projects. A minimum of 5 years' brownfield experience of onshore facilities projects in a commissioning and / or Operations supervisory role. Must have CIS experience and regulatory authority knowledge at a working level.
