Entry level reservoir engineer needed for a full-time opportunity in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will provide competent reservoir engineering support to field development, while working as an effective team member in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team. The candidate will have a bachelor's (MS preferred) degree in petroleum engineering (or equivalent). The candidate will also carry out integrated reservoir engineering studies on the company's properties in order to identify reserves and future development opportunities. Experience in constructing reservoir simulation models, designing well locations, estimating production availability, and designing and interpreting well tests. The candidate will monitor production and support the manager for the production forecast and follow up drilling and completion phases of the appraisal/development projects. The candidate will be proficient in use of dynamic simulation tools (Eclipse) and have excellent knowledge of GEOQUEST software.
