IMMEDIATE NEED! Client in Orlando, FL is actively looking for experienced HANDS-ON HVAC Project Manager to help manage various size and type commercial projects (office and retail shells/tenant build outs/etc.) The HVAC projects are mostly roof top and split system applications. The Project Manager MUST HAVE an Associates degree, (BS Degree preferred!) and 2+ years of HVAC project experience! Candidate must be able to read and understand plans, specifications, contracts, purchasing and equipment procurement, ductwork, piping, insulation, controls, subcontracts, scheduling, submittals, progress billing and close out documents! Knowledge of chillers, boilers, DDC controls and mechanical engineering is not required but is desired! Must be a team player with good communication skills and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook!

• Describe your experience working with chillers, boilers and DDC controls.
