Production manager needed for a full-time opportunity in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years experience working as a production engineer on fields or properties located in the Gulf of Mexico and have demonstrated and deep commitment to HS&E in all aspects of work. Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline is required. Willingness and ability to travel offshore and to monitor critical operations in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position. This candidate will ensure production programs, program amendments, and dispensations to policy, which are prepared on schedule and are adequately risk-assessed. The candidate will also monitor all phases of production operations and act as the manager level of approval for AFE and work related invoices. Will work closely with resource teams, geologist, drilling personnel, and service company personnel to ensure efficient operations.
