Qualifications� Work within a multi-disciplined team to plan, coordinate and manage capital programs such as drilling, waterflood and facilities projects;
� Provide ideas and identify opportunities to support successful exploitation in new and existing areas;
� Optimize depletion strategies for new and existing pools;
� Perform screening activities on resource plays and acquisition opportunities;
� Provide full cycle economic and reserve evaluations;
� Coordinate benchmarking evaluations;
� Manage non-operated capital spending within several field areas;
� Manage and update project databases;
� Prepare, coordinate and submit government applications and asset reports.
Requirements� B.Sc. in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years Exploitation/Development Engineering;
� A reservoir engineering background is desirable;
� Previous Waterflood management experience is required for some positions;
� Highly organized with excellent project management abilities;
� Excellent communication skills to be utilized in a multi disciplined team environment;
� Computer proficiency is essential (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Petrodesk/Accumap/GeoScout, and Value Navigator);
� Excellent analytical and integration skills;
� Results oriented, decisive and self-motivated.
