Location: Saudi Arabia MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: BS Engineering or Construction Technology.
Experience: 9-15 years of planning and scheduling engineering experience.
Professional certification as Certified Cost Engineers (CCE), Certified Cost Consultant (CCC), Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. Knowledgeable with Planning and Scheduling terminology such as WBS, level I II & III schedules, Progress Curves, CPM, manpower loading, and project completion schedule. Ability to review and interpret a monthly project status report. Working knowledge of Primavera, MS Projects, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall capabilities to perform planning and scheduling engineering duties on projects from study phase to commissioning using CPM.
Ability to prepare progress curves, manpower loading, and project completion schedule for major projects.
Perform claims analysis for schedule impact.
Ability to review and analyze project schedules and perform schedule impact analysis using primavera.
Have ability to interpret contract language specifically as it relates to contract value, payments terms, contract milestones and CO.
Have ability to prepare monthly status reports for Oil and Gas projects.
Have ability to interface with support organizations such as Contracting, Proponent Facilities Planning.
Have ability to provide guidance and answers in response to telephone questions from project and scheduling engineers.
