Location: Saudi Arabia
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: BS Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, Finance or Business.

Experience: 8 years experience in the petroleum industry out of which at least two (2) years working with upstream joint ventures. Strong background in corporate goverance, commercial issues and various contractual agreements in upstream areas. Strong technical background in either G&G or PE discipline in either production, reservoir or drilling. Strong financial or business background is a big plus. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to deal with outside partners.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Joint Venture Manager in managing JV Program. Complete weekly and monthly JV reports and/or updates. Complete and expedite Technical Services Requests. Draft necessay letters. Complete and expedite secondment requests. Monior joint venture progress. Assist JV Manager with: coordinating reviews of JV operational milestones; monitoring competitor activities; managing JV agreements; and support of the Ministry of Petroleum.
