Client of 30+ years, in my estimation the world's most prestigious management consulting firm. Their Houston office (and other offices) are seeking an additional consultant or so for their Petroleum Consulting Practice. Uusually prefer a technical undergrad and a 1st tier MBA but individual accomplishments are most important. Must have demonstrated academic brilliance. As their recruiting manager says,
"- At least 3 years experience with a major international oil company e.g. BP, Shell, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Total and Chevron or one of the major service providers e.g. Schlumberger, Haliburton. This experience should be in a core discipline e.g. operations, finance, M&A or business management in either upstream or downstream.
- A clear career trajectory, multiple positions within the same company where the next level was a clear promotion from the last.
- A focus on petroleum that is clear from a resume, research in the field, internships in the area and current employment."
They will hire only the very best but pay very, very well. Looking for prospect with LESS THAN 10/15 YEARS EXPERIENCE.
They will interview candidates who fit for their global offices. Base $90000 - $275000
Houston or other global office w/ a Petrol Practice., like London or Hong Kong, etc.
