Petrophysicist USA
Petrophysicist needed for a full time job with an E&P company in the Greenway Plaza area. Required roles will include both operational coordination of well evaluation programs, and support for major field studies. Proficiency required in petrophysical rock description, core & log integration, and reservoir characterization, including capillary pressure measurements, special core analysis, regression analysis, and relative permeability measurements. Familiar with parameters used to characterize the displacement efficiency of reservoirs, such as Dykstra-Parsons & Lorenz coefficients; providing petrophysical support to reservoir-characterization field studies; proficiency with software such as LOGIC and/or Powerlog and familiarity with UNIX based Landmark applications. Preferred experience in Permian Basin, geostatics/3D visualization, and experience in a logging company.
