Land Owner Relations Technician (Oil & Gas) Houston, TX, USA
North Houston Energy company is looking for a Land Owner Relations Technician. This position is based in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to administer the Interest Owner Relations Support Line database and other incoming communications from landowners. This will involve documenting incoming calls, researching online databases and communicating with other land personnel for owner information, and timely responding to and/or processing owner inquiries.
Other responsibilities include assisting with special projects in the Land Department, as necessary and as requested by land management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
Prior customer relations experience with landowners or experience in division orders/ lease records orders a plus.
Excellent customer relations skills and must work well with others in high stress situations.
Organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Dependable and self-motivated.
Computer-literate.
High School Diploma or GED
Full time/direct hire with benefits.
