We are currently recruiting a Senior Consultant/Project Manager for an industrial consulting company specializing in oil & gas refinery and petrochemicals.
The Senior Consultant will be traveling to client sites nationwide to head up or be part of a team of reorganization. The candidate will be analyzing client's processes and finding ways to improve or revamp these processes to be more productive, efficient and cost effective. The consultant will be presenting the plan of action to decision makers of the company and laying out a timeline for implementation.
The Senior Consultant will be traveling 80-90% of the time however our client will make every effort to make sure that you are home for the weekends. Relocation is NOT required.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in Business Improvement or Continuous Improvement
Must have strong knowledge of Industrial maintenance
Must have experience supervising an industrial maintenance team, operating as an industrial maintenance supervisor, director of maintenance or similar position
Experience in the chemical, refinery and oil and gas industry is strongly preferred
Experience managing a multi-site operation is a preference
Requirements:
A minimum of 6-8 years experience as a consultant in a related industry
Must be available for 80-90% travel requirement
Must be professional, personable and driven
Must have a strong command of the English Language
Experience in project management is prefered
