Multiple temp to hire positions for Project Engineers located in Northern, CA (near the Oakland area) with 3-5+ years of related project engineering experience in a refinery environment. Position will be responsible to manage all engineering activities, and an in-house design team for multiple capital projects. Responsible for scope development, Front End Engineering Development, design, construction, management of subcontractors, change management, training, startup and developing as-builts. Responsible for cost control and schedule management throughout the life cycle of the project. Must have experience leading project engineering teams through the life cycle of the project, not just participating in the team. This position requires at least a BS in Engineering ( Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil ) or Construction Management and 3 to 5+ years experience in a chemical plant or refinery environment. Salary / Pay will be commensurate with experience so all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance and per diem may be considered for candidates that are an ideal match.
