Job description— Responsible for the planning and forecasting of the project plan (review day-to-day activities, monitor & schedule performance of the contractors).
— Recommend and execute corrective measures to assure timely completion.
— Authorize work to contractors.
— Advise on strategies, approach and immediate steps to be taken to improve process, maintenance and facility engineering sector.
— Provide facilities & progress engineering expertise to optimize existing production facilities.
— Provide technical review and analysis of oil and/or gas facilities for developing projects, engineering studies, work programs and budgets.
— Establish and implement guidelines & philosophies for project development.
— Participation in all construction activities and coordinate technical data management.
— Work closely with Production Engineering and Operations Team.
— Control corrosions in well tubular and surface facilities.
— Ensure appropriate surface engineering hardware & software and application.
— Reporting on any ongoing activities and projects within the department.
— Assuring manpower competency and coaching and mentoring of staff.
— Contractual duties to assure that the project is implemented within the plan.
Requirements— University degree in Engineering or equivalent professional education.
— Minimum 10 years professional experience in Surface Facilities Engineering.
— Well-founded experience in project management as well as knowledge of construction and/or construction management and awareness of environmental protection practices.
— Ability to work well with intercultural teams and excellent time management skills.
— Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
— Ability to analyze complex problems, interpretation of operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions.
— Fluent in English (written and verbal), basics in Russian of advantage.
— Commitment to safety, exceptional service and continuous improvement.
