TECHNICAL RECRUITER contract assignment possible temp-to-perm at a well respected firm in Houston, TX. Requires a minimum of 4 years experience in technical recruiting for large companies recruiting engineers, designers, technicians, scientists, etc. Prefer a minimum of 2 years college but will consider additional compensating technical recruiting experience. A PLUS to have related experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Position will recruiter technical candidates such as engineers, designers, technician, scientists, etc. for the Oil and Gas industry. Searching, sourcing, screening, qualifying, phone interview, in person interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, coordinating candidate travel, salary negotiations, etc.
Generous offer includes Salary based upon qualifications, education, and experience. Possible temp-to-perm.
Questions you will be asked:
• Please describe your Technical Recruiting experience in recruiting and hiring engineers, designers, technicians, scientists, etc. noting the industry AND Size of the company for which you recruited.
• AS A PLUS: Please describe any Oil and Gas industry Technical Recruiting experience you may have.
• Please list your education and relevant training and certifications.
• When are you available for this Contract assignment, are you interested in Temp-to-Perm, and where do you currently reside?
