Outstanding opportunity with a well established oil exploration and production company in Southeast California. Must have BS in engineering, preferably petroleum engineering, and 10+ years experience as a Production Manager in the oil & gas industry, including at least 5+ years onshore production engineering management experience with a proven track record of developing and optimizing downhole and reservoir facilities. PE and experience with California and Nevada strata are pluses! Responsibilities will include all aspects of production/regulatory engineering management including identifying opportunities to develop, optimize and improve the performance of producing reservoirs. Posted salary is approximate and to be based on experience. Excellent stock options and bonuses. Relocation paid to the right candidate.
