HSSE Superintendents

CCL has been requested by a major international oil and gas company to provide HSSE Superintendents to be based in Kazakhstan. These are contract positions (renewable annually) on a 28/28 rotation. Must be willing to travel internationally. Attractive daily rates.
Ideal candidate will have an engineering / technical degree plus HSE Diploma. Extensive knowledge of RoK health and safety rules and regulations. High standard of verbal and written communications, including: report writing, presentations, diplomacy and assertiveness. Proficiency in common computers applications. Should have an organised, systematic approach; self-starter; able to multi-task and still meet deadlines. Used to working within a multi-disciplined project team / task force. Fluent written and spoken English.
Ideal candidates should have at least 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry. Experience of HSE requirements related to Construction. Exposure to Sour Gas Facilities. Experience of Safe working procedures. Liaison with other HSSE professionals in the area. Provide HSSE guidance to Project Management Team (PMT) of a brownfield development. Position offers an opportunity for experienced individuals to be a part of major development project during execution phase. Will support HSSE Manager Construction in day to day management of risk associated with execution of project. Actively ensure all contractors fully aligned to Early Works HSSE goals and objectives. Support HSSE team in delivery of objectives.
