QA / QC Engineer
(Rayong)

A world leader within the oil & gas and water industries internationally has an immediate vacancy for a QA / QC Manager that has pipe coating experience to lead their existing team in Thailand.

Job Summary

The QA / QC Manager will supervise the quality control program for the pipe coating process at the plant level. Responsible for all activities involving quality control and compliance with client specifications. Administering quality training, materials testing, quality system compliance and process control to ensure product meets customer requirements. Overseeing inspections, checks and tests of materials, parts and products to establish standards of strength, quality, and endurance for quality control of manufactured product. Conducting reviews and audits of data, documentation. Responsible for product compliance; responsible to make available testing facility and ensure tests are carried out correctly. Training Quality Control and lab personnel as required.

Education and Experience Requirements

* Must have a University Degree (Technical)
* Hold an Internal Quality Auditor Qualification
* 3 - 5 years related experience
* Excellent knowledge of testing methods, coating application process and QC testing standards and methods.
