Job Duties:
Provide direction and supervision of field operations
Continuously improve efficiency and productivity
Implement standard operating procedures
Assist with day to day planning of field employees
Provide communication, support, supervision, and training to all employees as needed
Coordinate the safe and timely movement of equipment
Purchase and properly maintain all equipment
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and maintained
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree is preferred
Applicants MUST have 7+ years of proven experience in oil and petroleum operations in a supervisory role to qualify for this position
Drilling experience is highly desirable
Must have excellent time management skills
Applicants must be able to work well with others within a team environment
Must be able to lead and motivate a team to a final goal
Qualified individuals must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Applicants must be able to work efficiently and effectively with all levels of the organization
Salary:
Competitive, depending on experience
