We are currently seeking a high calibre Senior Pipe Stress Engineer to work on a contract basis. Based in Calgary, you will be working for one of the world's leading engineering, procurement and construction companies to the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical sector.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Experience with development of refinery/chemical plant layouts including stressing and checking of pressure piping systems;
Mechanical Engineering degree with extensive knowledge of ASME B31.3 code
Minimum of 10 years experience;
Field experience and experience with Autopipe would be considered a plus;
Professional registration preferred;
Able to effectively communicate with other engineering disciplines.
