You will play a key role in supporting the core processes of maintenance and reliability management for the operating facilities of Woodside. Get involved in challenging work assisting the facilities in solving complex maintenance and reliability problems by directly facilitating multi disciplinary problem solving groups and improving operational reliability.

Reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Team Leader you’ll have the opportunity to shine by delivering on some of the key accountabilities of this role, some of which are listed below.

* Applying reliability engineering in support of asset effectiveness and Life Cycle decision making
* Facilitate risk based maintenance strategy development
* To develop and upkeep maintenance strategies and plans for allocated offshore and onshore production facilities with particular emphasis on maximising the integrity of equipment and capability of meeting their production targets
* Manage the ORIP Process, facilitate RCA and implement reliability solutions
* Verify validity of design through RAM
* Analyse plant performance
* Ensure supply operations continues to develop its reliability and maintenance capability by developing their own skills and passing knowledge and expertise onto others.

Qualifications

* Degree qualifications in an engineering discipline or tertiary qualifications in maintenance engineering
* Qualifications in maintenance management/reliability engineering (or undertaking part time tertiary studies)
* Previous experience in the oil and gas, process, chemical, or mining industries in a maintenance/reliability engineering position
* Knowledge of principles and application of condition monitoring
* Knowledge in computerised maintenance management systems operation, preferably SAP
* Proficient in the use of Excel, database management and knowledgeable in the use of reliability modelling tools.
