Join Woodside in an Instrument/Electrical (Inlec) Resource Estimator role and have the opportunity to work with the best who will bring the best out in you. This is a rare opportunity for a Resource Estimator with an Inlec background to utilise their hands-on skills in a resource estimating function. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to excel by delivering on the key accountabilities of this role, some of which are listed below.

Key Accountabilities:

* Resources all new notifications in their assigned area and discipline
* Investigating jobs in the field to determine the scope of the job
* Estimating hours and number of people required to complete the job
* Obtaining correct materials to complete job. This may entail talking to external suppliers and searching through catalogues
* Organizing scaffolding, painting and other services provided by contractors as required
* Liaising with Vendors to arrange site visits and technical support
* Assigning maintenance activity types
* Assigning revision codes to work orders that are shutdown or project work after identifying the operational requirements
* Raise Master Data changes to update stock catalogues, procedures and bills of materials as required

Qualifications

* Has an understanding of the Technical Integrity process and priorities on work orders
* System condition codes on work orders and where they are used
* Knows what information is required by Supervisors to approve work orders
* Familiar with SAP and MS Office
* Has had exposure as a team leader
* Ability to liaise with Maintenance Technicians to assist in completing planned work eg: chasing parts and technical data as required
* Ability to liaise with procurement to ensure correct materials are on site when required
