JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position reports to the task manager and includes the following tasks:planning of internal tasks including establishment of strategy- and contract schedules
* early phase planning and follow-up
* logistic planning of procurements and deliveries
* cost control and scope management of the contracts
* progress reporting and follow-up of contract milestones
* input to projects monthly reports
* input to projects half yearly baseline updates
* requisitioner and invoice handler responsibilities (SAP)
* project control responsibility for all phases of contracts (strategy, invitation to tender, evaluation, contract award, start up, execution follow-up and close out).
* the category provides services to all development projects
* other project control activities as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
University or college education. Relevant extensive experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
Experience:
-Experience from project control
-Knowledge of SAP P&L processes
-Knowledge of PIMS cost and commitment control
-Knowledge of Safran or MS project planning tool
Personal qualities:
- Independent and resourceful
- Excellent social skills
- Structured and systematically
- Result oriented
