Description Our client operates one of the worlds largest oil and gas condensate fields. Covering an area of over 280 square kilometres, it holds more than 1,200 million tonnes of oil and condensate and over 1.35 trillion cubic metres of gas. The new phase of field development envisages an increase of drilling activities to such an extent that the drilling project could be defined as a mega-project in itself. They are looking for two Completions Engineers to be employed on long-term contracts in their Central London offices. Job Purpose: To support Phase III Well Engineering in implementing all Well Completion activities: by ensuring that comprehensive safety, technical and cost effective solutions are employed. Main responsibilities: • Support the tender process for the provision of 3rd party services & tangibles for Well Completion operations. • Develop well programs, plans, procedures and schedules and provide a technical and practical support for the programs implementation. • Draw up operations schedule, requisitions, orders, guidelines, charts, diagrams and other technical documentations. • Provide completion operations timing and cost inputs to deliver well AFEs. • Compile completion engineering documentation needed for partners reviews, well examination, handover and audit as required. • Follow up the compliance with the statutory requirements, regulations, current norms, standards and rules. • Carry out risk assessment of each particular operation and communicate to well engineering.

Experience At least 5 years of experience in Completion design. Prior experience with high pressure and sour gas wells. Experience in field with wells greater than 4000m. Solid understanding of cost-effectiveness and general commercial business issues. Knowledge of risk management, portfolio management and HSE management. Necessary Knowledge • Understanding of documentation, standards and technical procedures relating to the operational and business activities within completions • Contracts and procurement of completions tangibles and services • Completions equipment and its operational regulations Required skills: • Strong analytical approach to solve technical complex problems. • Good skills with PC in Windows environment. Specific Personal Qualities: • Very good oral, presentation and written communication skills in English. Must be able to communicate efficiently with various operational units and with a variety of nationalities and educational levels. • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment in an operations team.
