Subsea Engineer - DSVi Operations Representative

Description Our client based in Aberdeen requires a Subsea Engineer to work within their Production Department as a representative for DSVi Operations. The position will initially be for a 6 month contract with a possible view to long term. Duties to include: - Attend Weekly Vessel Schedule meetings and single topic meetings - Attend Operations meetings, HIRAs, SRAs and vessel mobilisation/demobilisation as required for ongoing projects - Attend Monthly DSVi Representative meeting tat the offices of the collective members - Procure project time on the CSO Alliance and/or third party vessels for future projects. - In conjunction with the respective project managers, plan the vessel project time. - Raise a Work Order with Technip and raise the call off costing internally based on the project AFE - Confirm the vessel scheduled times for ongoing/future projects to Production Group Personnel - Liaise with all vessel operators to discuss vessel availability for future projects out with the DSVI contract Custodian of the following documents for all assets: - Major Accident Prevention Document - Subsea Inspection Written Scheme of Examination - Pipeline emergency Response Procedures - Subsea Facilities Risk Assessment - Original copies of Pipelines Work Authorisation - Representative for the SFIA Database Subsea IRM - Plan/Progress all asset IRM programme in accordance with the WSI - Source vessels/equipment etc - Maintain the Subsea Asset Database - Update the Database following IRM Inspections Ad-hoc duties included - Attend IMCA-Oil Company Diving Liaison Group and the Operators Underwater Operations Workgroup quarterly meeting as Maerk Oil Representative - Internal /external sub-contractor meeting as required - Internal Field Team meetings - Internal Asset Planning meetings
