Job descriptionWe are looking for a young talent, highly motivated and goal oriented, who will be responsible for receiving, logging and advertising of new enquiries, using both company’s channels and external advertising media providing the best matching candidates. He/she will operate searching and screening candidates, taking part in the candidate negotiation phase, communicating with clients and cooperatiing with collegues all over the world. The position will also administer, update and develope the internal database for both candidates and clients.
RequirementsWe would like to meet candidates with:
- at least 2-3 years recruitment experience; Oil and Gas recruitment experience preferred;
- excellent knowledge of English and Italian language, both written and spoken;
- highly motivated and target oriented;
- good communication skills and able to work well in a truly global environment;
- permit to work in EU;
- being part of a small team, flexibility is required.
