The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and enjoys working in a fast paced, changing environment. Our global brand has an excellent reputation gained over the past 55+ years: Responsibilities: • Leading the Engineering/Quality function at HQ's • Supporting the extensive technical library of products • Driving the new product development program • Overseeing the Quality/HSE department Qualifications & Competency: • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, PE a plus • Minimum of 5 years experience in valve/controls design and product support • Strong presentation and communication skills; customer focus • Working knowledge of Solidworks CAD • Knowledgeable in ISO, PED, API certifications and processes • LEAN skills a plus Norriseal offers excellent benefit package including vacation, holidays, 401K, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and prescription plan.
