About the Job
This engineering consultancy are market leaders in providing world class engineering services to the oil and gas industry and are committed to delivering multi billion dollar projects. They have an extensive range of projects under way and will provide you with worthwhile career opportunities. They are involved in some of the largest oil and gas projects in the world and are looking for experienced geologists, geoscientists and geophysicists to work on some of the largest oil & gas projects in the world.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Seismic Interpretation, field, prospect and basin scale
Seismic and sequence stratigraphy
Prospect and lead evaluation, risking and volumetrics
Integrated geoscience project management
Proposal writing
This is a great opportunity that will require you to have:
Minimum qualifications in Geophysics, Geology or Physics
Minimum of 12 years experience working in the oil and gas industry
Thorough understanding of petrophysical interpretation
Proven ability to solve geological/exploration/production problems
Significant experience in latest computer technology and industry software
