THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a major international EPC contractor to provide very experienced Engineering Managers (Pipeline) to be based in Dubai. Opportunities for candidates seeking long term staff contracts with an attractive tax free salary (negotiable) and all found benefits package on single, married or family status.
THE PERSON
Minimum 15 years experience. Mandatory skills: Work to world class standards; Focus always on customer satisfaction; Respect the environment and be sensitive to communities in which they work; Promote and reward on merit. Extensive experience in EPC onshore oil & gas industry to enable continuation of winning / delivering projects to world class standards on time and within budget. Individuals must be willing to be challenged in their career and aspire to become leaders of the future. Working within a multi-national workforce environment and exposure to projects preferably in the Middle East / SE Asia continent. Roles will be suited to those candidates who are already working at this level or who are ready for next step up the career ladder i.e. Lead or Principal Engineers. Ideally you will have worked with any of the following EPC contractors; Kvaerner, Tecnimont, Technip, Fluor, Foster Wheeler, Bechtel, Saipem, Samsung, Jacobs, SNC Lavlin, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Ideal candidates will have degree or HND in Pipeline Engineering. Preferably MBA, Chartered and member of professional institution. An ability to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and strong communication and presentation skills including fluent written and spoken English.
