PROJECT MANAGER LINE DIVISION NEEDED! Candidates need 8 years of experience in Project Management for $5-$20 million projects. Experience with large diameter ductile iron pipeline, 72, 60, is a MUST!!!! Rural water pipeline experience a plus. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus. The primary duty of the Line Division Project Manager is to anticipate and prepare the project for successful execution. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for understanding all of the project and to ensure that all participants are aware of the schedule and the requirements of the project to make sure the project is built on time and on budget, incorporating client satisfaction and the absolute adherence to safety, environmental protection and profitability. Review and share understanding of project with Superintendent and Estimator (EST) after project assignment. Update Construction Schedule and Project Budget throughout all phases. Prepare preliminary schedule. Implement subcontracts and buy-out of materials.Schedule and lead internal Project Meeting. Check all job files.Review Profit and Cash Flow Projections with CFO and Division Manager. Lead Pre-Construction meeting with Engineers and Sub-contractors and gain their input to ensure common understanding and commitment to objectives and schedule. Finalize pre-construction schedule with Superintendent, Subcontractors and Material Suppliers.

Requirements:

-> 8 years of experience in Project Management $5-$20 million projects
-> Familiar with large diameter ductile iron pipeline 72, 60 Rural water experience a plus
-> Lead and monitor field duties and responsibilities. Manage and mentor the Project Superintendent
-> Ensure financial management and cost controls on project

• Do you have rural water experience and if so what were your duties?

• How much similar project management experience do you have (years, size and cost)?

• If hired, how long before you can start and will 50% travel be a problem?
