An international technology leader is searching for a Regional Sales Manager in the Houston, TX area to be primarily responsible for all sales activity conducted in the designated regions.

Responsibilities:

-> Will plan, organize and implement sales programs, develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales volumes,manage Sales reps and Distributors, gather and evaluate market conditions and competitive activity
-> Will sell and market flow computers, other electronic equipment, technical and training services, and software
-> Reviews engineering drawings, plans, to develop and prepare cost estimates and quotations to result in customer cost reduction or improvement in operations
-> Provides technical services, service contracts and including training to clients regarding the use, operation & maintenance of equipment
-> Makes sales calls on management, engineering reps and other professionals of oil & gas pipeline companies and affiliates, including terminals, refinery and petrochemical operations, end users, system integrators, and engineering contractors

Requirements:

-> BS/BA Engineering degree
-> 5 years sales experience with Oil and Gas pipelines, terminal, refinery and petrochemical operations
-> Knowledge of flow measurement and control systems of principally hydrocarbon fluids
-> Solution selling experience as well as knowledge of PLC/DCS control system architecture
