A leading oil and gas company is seeking a Principal Engineer:
Description/Requirements:
-Plans, conducts and directs research and/or development work on complex projects necessitating the origination and application of new and unique approaches
-Monitors long and short term industry trends, evaluating existing product lines for performance in advancing technology
-May train customers in installation, utilization and maintenance of equipment
-Educates, mentors and provides technical guidance to other engineers and project leaders
-May lead projects and is accountable for capital and expense costs, resource requirements, establishment of project schedule and deliverables
-Represents the organization in external forums
-Works with wide latitude for un-reviewed action and decision-making
-B.S., M.S. or PhD in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years related experience
Required Skills for Principal Engineer Job:
BACHELORS DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
SUBSEA EXPERIENCE
10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
