THE ROLE
A major international oil and gas operating company has requested CCL to provide a Wells Senior Project Services Engineer. Based in Angola on a residential single status, with an initial period in West London. Standard company ex-pat package will apply. Only suitable qualified candidates will be considered. Must be willing to travel as and when required by Client.
THE PERSON
E&P major projects experience - budget and cost performance - tracking and forecasting. Experience in E&P business. Experience in developing local workforce. Liaison & communication with Programme Services Team. Develop Luanda Project services organizational capability. Luanda Project Services staff mentoring, coaching and control. Estimating; Cost Engineering; Financial; Scheduling; Document Management; Project Services Procedures; Performance Contract Development & Tracking. Management of Change Cost & Schedule Impacts.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Must hold a degree from accredited university in business or engineering. Proficient in the use of scheduling and cost control tools. Risk Analysis Quantification using RAT Tool. Experience with SAP mandatory. Able to demonstrate good judgment in problem solving. Performance driven. Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and accurately relay information to the onshore / offshore team. Proven track record in team leadership skills. Fluent written and spoken English.
