Superior career and financial home run opportunity for the talented oil and gas Operations Engineer to join this well-established, financially strong independent oil and gas operating company. The focus of the company is development and exploitation in east Texas in Travis Peak, Cotton Valley and Hosston formations. Definitely must have the seasoned operations engineer who possesses excellent experience in east Texas inclusive of horizontal drilling initiatives. This is a very high visibility and high impact role with awesome reward potential. Compensation includes a generous base salary, exceptional stock grants (can hit a real financial home run here), excellent 401K, comprehensive benefits, and more. To qualify for this exciting job opportunity, you must possess:
*degree in engineering
*10 - 20 years experience in operations engineering
*experience must include extensive development operations experience in east Texas
*experience must include horizontal drilling initiatives
*need to possess excellent communication skills
*should be a creative thinker and capable of working with limited supervision
