Senior Production Technology Engineer

Senior Production Technologist Engineer required for operation to work in Libya for duration of one year plus. Duties will include: Drive Production Optimization initiatives based on Nodal Analysis & surface network modeling which include gaslift/ESP optimization & contribution to production planning • Implement & maintain an Integrated Asset Model in order to move towards real-time integrated production optimization. This project includes the connecting of Reservoir simulator, Nodal Analysis & surface network software and, ultimately, process simulator to achieve real-time optimization of the combined asset’s performance. The existing Nodal Analysis and surface network models need to be further developed, finalized and maintained. • Perform data quality QA/QC & develop structured workflows as part of ongoing production optimization & data integration efforts • Support ongoing projects incl. water injection, well stimulation, horizontal well design, backpressure reduction, wellhead compression, downhole permanent gauges etc. • Provide assistance and training to national PT engineers The ideal candidate will have a degree in MSc in Petroleum Engineering; Expert knowledge of Nodal Analysis and Surface Network Modeling with PROSPER and GAP; Strong Production Technology skills incl. onsite operational experience in Completion/Testing/Wellservices/Production Operations.
