THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading Oil & Gas Energy company to provide Maintenance and Construction Supervisors with strong Civil background. One year (renewable) contract. Rotation 28/28. Desert based. Good rates.
THE PERSON
10 years of related experience in oil and gas fields. 3 years of experience in supervising maintenance and construction teams. Work experience in live plants and hazardous areas. Responsible for on site supervision of small projects, plant modifications, also maintenance activities in existing facilities to ensure activities are executed as per work scope and in adherence to HSE standards. Provide supervisory assistance to major projects normally under control of Companies projects department. Preparation of daily activities, maintains close contact with contractor and / or maintenance staff involved in construction activities. After completion of works ensure that all relevant documentation (e.g. P&ID, PFD, E&I drawings, etc.) updated. In preparation phase of new projects will provide input to work scope / planning of activity and prepare material requisitions.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
BSc in Civil Engineering preferred. Good communication skills to work with multi national work force. MS Office knowledge, maintenance planning software. Good knowledge of international standards. Fluent in English or French, Arabic a plus.
