ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE CONTROLLER - MMD


METALLOYS - MEYERTON, VAAL TRIANGLE, GAUTENG


Ensuring compliance with BHP Billiton’s commitment to Zero Harm, you will be part of a high performance team where teamwork and a strong drive for safety awareness will be necessary to be successful in this position. You will provide a planning function as well as the controlling of maintenance activities within the plant maintenance environment. You will be responsible to manage workflows effectively and efficiently in line with the stipulated time frames to ensure optimal functioning of the plant, thereby maximising equipment availability and reliability.

You will need to be in possession of a N3 and either an Electrical or Instrumentation trade certificate and have at least 3 years experience in a heavy industrialized production environment. Knowledge of SAP - HR, PM, MM, projects, costing and budgets would be advantageous.
