Production Engineer needed for a consultant or employee position in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will know all common forms of and be able to design and optimize artificial lift systems, especially gas lift. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or a compatible engineering field, experience in the design and optimization of oil field production systems, and familiarity with water drive and pressure depletion reservoirs. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing surface facilities, designing and optimizing artificial lift systems, designing completions, identifying recompletion opportunities, and mentoring junior staff.
