Construction Manager - Construction/Fire Suppression/Piping 50-55 $/hr

Client is looking for a Construction Site Manager/Supervisor for a short term, 2 month construction project located near Bergen, NJ. This is a short term project that involves replacing the Fire Suppression Sprinkler Piping in 8 individual cooling towers at the Bergen Power Plant. Our client is looking for local candidates that can start work by October, 19th.

Responsibilities:

-> You will be responsible for manage the replacement of the Fire Suppression Sprinkler Piping in 8 individual cooling towers
-> You will monitor construction quality to ensure the Contractor is installing the work according to the project plans and industry specifications
-> You will need to review Contractors schedule and project controls to ensure progress is being accurately reported

Requirements:

-> 10+ years of construction project experience on power generation or heavy industrial plant construction projects
-> You must have good overall understanding and experience in construction with a particular emphasis fire suppression piping systems
-> Specific experience as a Construction Manager
