THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a major international oil company to provide an experienced Contracts Engineer (Russian). One year (renewable) contract. Based in Paris with travel as required by client. Internationally competitive daily rate.
THE PERSON
Sound experience, Engineer level or equivalent. Responsible for timely preparation / administration / management of documentation related to the Trunkline Package, in accordance with the Project and Company procedures. Will be involved in all contracts / subcontracts involving Russian contractors or vendors. Two languages have to be used in the day to day activities; Russian and English. Responsible for verifying internal / external approvals are obtained. Main activities are Tender Evaluation; Contract Administration; Contract Management; Documentation (Pre-Qualification documents, CFT / analysis documents, issuance of RTA, Contract and Change Orders) in collaboration with the Package Manager and other relevant personnel. Few years experience in oil & gas projects conducted in Russian Federation.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Degree in Law, Business Administration or a related commercial field. Familiar with the Russian market, knowledge of majors contractors involved in oil & gas. Fluent English mandatory, Russian mother language.
