THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading Oil & Gas Energy company to provide Senior Structural Engineers reporting to the HUC Project Coordinator. Based offshore, 12 months (renewable) contract on 28/28 basis. Excellent daily rates.
THE PERSON
Minimum 10 years of structural design, installation, and hook-up experience in offshore oil & gas production and / or gas processing projects. Relevant experience in hook-up design of large integrated multiple modules projects involving shop drawings, job cards, and mechanical completion package preparation and verification is essential. Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage contractors structural hook-up activities from a position of influence and deliver quality results efficiently under tight budget and schedule constraints to meet project objectives. Former CIS experience, working & mentoring multinational workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Diploma / Qualification in Structural Engineering discipline. Knowledge and an ability to utilize current structural software and design tools and an experience in relevant design standards and codes. Experience of working in multidiscipline project and cooperating in culturally diverse team environment (company, contractors, partners, and government agencies). Strong written and verbal communication skills to monitor and supervise HUC Contractors structural engineering activities and interface with Company engineering teams and other groups of the HUC & Installation Team. Strong proactive team player. Fluent written and spoken English.
