THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading Oil & Gas Energy company to provide Senior Electrical Engineers be part of a multidisciplinary team providing electrical engineering support. Provide representation and support for operations, maintenance and reliability, and the implementation of plant modifications and capital projects. Based offshore, 12 months (renewable) contract on 28/28 basis.
THE PERSON
Minimum 10 years of international oil & gas experience in Electrical Engineering offshore activities. Experience in Project front end engineering, detailed design, delivery and operation, hook-up and pre-commissioning. Experience in design and operation of high H2S content facilities. Former CIS experience and working in multinational diverse environments. Ability to recognise deviations performed from the approved drawings. A proactive approach to HSE issues. Have a flexible approach to changes in operations and maintenance work requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Candidates should have a Degree in Electrical Engineering. Must have excellent knowledge of electrical specifications, codes and standards. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken. Ability to work in a team environment as well as team leader. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Experience of computer based electrical engineering technical tools. Fluent in written and spoken English.
