Upstream Oil and Gas Senior GEOPHYSICIST needed in Texas.

Responsibilities:

-> Responsible to analyze subsurface geological and geophysical information, and integrate interpretation of Gravity, Magnetics and Electromagnetics data from oil and gas projects worldwide
-> Evaluate exploration, production and business development opportunities, including company held acreage, Bid Rounds and farm-in opportunities, and make recommendations to management on new plays and drillable prospects

Requirements:

-> Masters in Geology or Geophysics and 8 years experience in potential fields geophysics in the Oil & Gas industry, including gravity and magnetics interpretation integrated with seismic and well data
-> Experience with Fugro LCT (Linux), Geosoft Oasis montaj (PC) software is desirable, as is experience with ESRI ArcGIS
-> Requires the skills to integrate tectonic framework analysis, structural mapping and detection and delineation of volcanics
-> Excellent communication and presentation skills in order to establish and maintain professional relationships within industry, especially in Gravity, Magnetics, and EM
