Lets be honest, you would have had to try very hard to avoid hearing daily news about the Gorgon project.

As an environmental professional you will know that at this stage in the project, environmental approvals, EMP/EMS development, ecological monitoring and compliance monitoring will be a key focus, for both onshore and offshore operations. As the construction phase ramps up, expertise and understanding of environmental legislation in relation to oil and gas construction and infrastructure will be in high demand.

What isn't being communicated are all the parties already involved and currently tendering on new bids. Majority of the roles that arise will be recruited for internally or filled through networks as these roles are in high demand.

As an expert in the environmental recruitment market, I have developed relationships with consultancies and contractors within WA, and have inside information on who is involved. This means knowledge of where the jobs are and will be.
