Our Client in the Oil & Gas Industry is looking for a Planning Engineer to work in Libya.
The duration is permanet and the rate are discribed as negotiable.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To manage and technically direct the Planner Engineering Design of the project.
• Ensure that the Planner design meets the client's required, including specification, requisitions, calculations, data sheets, flow- sheets, manuals, studies and reports as applicable, meets the project's requirements.
• Control of the Planner team to ensure adherence to programme and man-hour control requirement.
• Administration requirements for the project.
• Initiating and Maintaining Quality Assurance requirement of Project procedures.
• Attend regular design review meeting with the project Manager and Lead Engineers.
• Capability to develop Conceptual, FEED &Detailed Engineer Work in Oil &Gas Industry Project.
• Planning Engineer tasks on projects for clients in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, offshore & / or offshore industries. Tasks include Planning & Scheduling of Conceptual Design, FEED & Detail Design projects.
• Monitoring, reporting of actual progress & man-hours consumption for execution stages of various projects.
• Preparation & assisting with issue of routine weekly & monthly project reports & project department reports.
• Planning support for project management team through various stages of project execution.
• Systems development to maintain and improve planning, monitoring and controlling objectives.
• Cost Time Resources (CTRs) and Man-hours coordination. Assisting in developing estimates and project schedules for bids.
