Geophysicist, Develop Detailed Structure Maps Northeast USA
Excellent opportunity for the experienced Geophysicist to join this very stable 80 year old energy company that offers strong job stability + attractive compensation package + 401K + pension + comprehensive benefits + full relocation (location of company is northeast U.S.)
Here we must have the accomplished geophysicist who will perform the following duties:
*manage the acquisition and processing of 2d and 3d surveys
*develop detailed structure maps
*work with the geologic staff to plan and drill wells
*work with engineering staff to coordinate microseismic efforts
The ideal candidate will possess 5 - 20 years experience, ability to do seismic interpretation and well log interpretation, good workstation ability, and excellent communication skills. Any Appalachian experience considered a plus.
