Basic Functions:
Collection and Distribution of all operated and non-operated well data
Responsible for preparing wells in Wellview
Review and submit all regulatory applications to the ERCB, SIR and OGC
Responsible for preparing preliminary AFE’s in AFE Navigator
Responsible for document & statistic tracking
Relationships:
Reports to Manager, Drilling & Completions
Works closely within the Drilling & Completion department, each Business Unit, Mineral Land Department, Records and Information Management System personnel,
Specific Responsibilites:
Responsible for Licencing & Government reporting (ERCB, SIR & OGC)
Preparing wells in Wellview
Distributing well data for both operated and non-operated wells to the appropriate Teams and partners
Provide day-to-day liaison between field activities and respective Production Teams and Business Units
Maintain Rig contracts
Provide administrative assistance to all Drilling & Completions staff as required
Qualifications:
Preferably 5+ years oil & gas experience with a strong understanding of Drilling and Completion operations
Wellview, Centrix, AFE Navigator, CS Explorer and Petrolab knowledge an asset (will provide in-house training)
Strong knowledge of ERCB, SIR and OGC Licensing procedures
Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Team player
Works well in a deadline driven environment
