Exterran is a New York Stock Exchange traded company and a global provider of oil and gas infrastructure and surface production solutions. Due to its business needs, its manufacturing arm in Singapore, B.T. Engineering Pte Ltd specializes in fabrication of pressure vessels, offshore structures, piping, topside modules, etc, would like to invite applications for the following positions.

PROPOSAL ENGINEER/ESTIMATOR
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* Preparation of costs estimates in accordance to project definition and customers’ design and specifications.
* Liaise with vendors and internal departments on source of materials, services, manpower, etc to support the estimates.
* Perform technical and commercial reviews with internal departments and customers.
* Prepare tender packages and bills of materials

Requirements:
* Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
* Able to interpret drawings for costing and estimation especially on areas of pressure vessel, skid structures & piping.
* Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the marine, oil & gas industry
* With good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
* Able to work independently
