Experience: Minimum Requirements
Significant knowledge and expertise gained in refining technologies and a sound awareness of commercial issues such as economics, business development and contracts negotiations
Higher academic or professional qualification is desirable to embrace the commercial dimension and job complexity.
Minimum 15 years of varied experience in Refining process operation & design, project engineering, project economics and development
Experience should have been gained in the refining or petrochemical industry or in an integrated refining and petrochemical facility or company.
Experience of working in multinational - multicultural environments
�Job Description
Lead the development and implementation of process engineering components of international Refining downstream projects at various stages, from initiation to commissioning and start-up
Definition and execution of process engineering components of projects subject to budget, schedule and quality through the various phases of feasibility, basic design, detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up
The position embraces the whole projects lifecycle from evaluation (pre-feasibility, feasibility), development (FEED) and through to execution (EPIC) and handover to operations
Coordinate all defined stages of the project lifecycle of downstream refining projects with joint venture partners and work closely with other discipline Project Development Engineers and same discipline engineers to ensure alignment of works across projects
Ensure alignment of activities with other interdependent areas and departments of the company by way of reporting and regular interactions
