Gas Turbine Technician/ Technologist - GTO-T1
Terms: Contract terms of employment.
Work rotation: 49/21 days
Our Client seeks two experienced Gas turbines technicians/ technologists to be responsible for the operation and maintenance of their power generating facility in one of their oil fields where they have:
4 x TORNADO, SGT-200 (ISO Rating = 6.45 MW), and
2 x TB-5400, (ISO Rating = 3.9 MW ).
Applicants must have at least 15 years of field experience with very good mechanical, control and electrical knowledge for above mentioned Turbines types.
Job tasks:
Routine operation, Trouble shooting, Daily checking of the operational log sheets.
Preparing maintenance planning and scheduling.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the units.
Follow spare parts and tools requirements and specification.
Optimizing of operation and performance.
Up to date maintenance history of each unit
Review and update technical documentation
Evaluate manufacturer’s recommendations in the service bulletins and implement where required.
Organize and perform on-the-job training for local staff.
Issue instructions for maintenance planning.
Issue regular reports to field’s superintendent.
